How Do You Make A Chalkboard/Bulletin Board?
Create a two-sided information center: one side with bulletin board cork and the other side with chalkboard paint. This is a good rainy day project convenient for your kitchen, dorm room, child’s room, or classroom. PREPARE BACK OF BULLETIN BOARD. Turn the Bulletin Board over to the cardboard back side. Coat the cardboard with the Water Based Sealer from top to bottom. Let that dry and apply another coat of the sealer from side to side. Let that dry. MASK OFF EDGES. Still working on the opposite side of the bulletin board, use the tape to mask off the wooden frame. This will protect the frame when you apply the chalkboard paint. SPRAY CHALKBOARD PAINT ONTO BULLETIN BOARD BACK. Over the sealed cardboard, spray the chalkboard paint according to the dirctions of the can. Apply several coats of the paint to assure complete coverage. When this is dry, remove the masking tape from the bulletin board frame. Now you have bulletin board cork on the front and a chalkboard on the back. The bullet
