How Do You Make A Cardboard Dollhouse?
• Gather your materials. • Take cardboard boxes and stack them on top of each other. • Glue or hot glue the boxes together • Take the box cutter and cut windows. • (optional) Cut the Plexiglas to fit each window. Tape or glue the Plexiglas to the inside of the cardboard over the window hole. • To make a door, cut 2 lines parallel to the floor (big enough for the size of a door you want for the dollhouse) and 1 horizontal to the floor. Be careful not to cut the entire door out of the cardboard. If you do just tape it back onto the cardboard. • Paint the cardboard house the color you want. • Glue the two 11.5 by 3.5 single sheets together. • Put it on the top of the house. Use thick glue. • Paint the inside walls or even the floor. • Add little Christmas lights through the top of the house and light it up. Make or buy mini furniture and people to go inside your dollhouse.
