A Buffalo Chicken Sandwich can give you the awesome taste of buffalo chicken wings without the hassle of chicken bones or the extra fat! Trim 4 chicken breasts and pound them to about 1/2″ flat with a meat tenderizer. Cover the chicken with plastic wrap, or use a 1 gallon ziploc bag before using the tenderizer.
