How Do You Make A Breakfast Sandwich?
For all of you night owls out there, I have a delicious sub for your late night breakfast. There is just something about having eggs in the evening that does something to me. This sandwich is a favorite of mine since my teen years when it just popped into my head as I stood in front of the stove cooking a Steak-um sandwich and thinking to myself [this is gonna be a boring sandwich]. As I stood looking around in the refrigerator my eyes locked in onto the eggs on the door and I instantly imagined the two flavors inter-twining in my mouth, so I went for it and haven’t looked back since. If you’ve never heard of this, then you have gotta try it once at least. First, toast your roll or don’t I think that toasting it adds a certain flavor to it that I cannot explain. It is just plain ol’ good. Lightly oil or butter the roll and then toast in a skillet or toaster oven. Whatever your preference may be it works for me.
