GATHER THE INGREDIENTS — To make a Brain Hemorrhage cocktail you will need the following ingredients: 1 ounce of peach schnapps or strawberry schnapps, 1 teaspoon of Baileys Irish Cream (you can also use a similar brand of Irish cream to save money), and 2 drops of grenadine.
