Anklets are a part of the jewelry scene and have been for centuries. They come in many styles and fashions and can be worn tight fitting or loosely around the ankle. It is a form of adornment just like any other piece of jewelry. Making a braided anklet is a fun craft and can be done by people of almost any age. Match all of the threads together lengthwise. Fold the threads in half. Tie a loop in the folded end of the threads. Separate the colors into matching colors so you have three different sections, one green, one blue and one yellow. Attach the loop to a table top or somewhere that will hold the threads tight while you braid. Braid like you would a person’s hair by simply layering the right outside color into the middle of the other two strands, followed by the left side.
