To make this tiny weapon you begin by removing both ends of your pen and removing the ink cartridge. Next bore a whole through the center of the pen body roughly the width of the ink cartridge. Slide the cartridge through to check the sizing of the hole. It should be loose but not wobbly. For step three you will want to choose a rubber band that is wide enough to be able to hold the ink cartridge and tight enough so the length of the cartridge is long enough to allow for ample tension. That said, cut the rubber band to necessary length. Stretch it the length of the pen to decide how long you are going to cut it.
