• Make a water balloon by filling a small water balloon almost to top with water. With a string, tie a knot to the end of the water balloon. It should be the size of a tennis ball. You want your water balloon to be as round as possible so that your bouncy balloon ball will be round when you’re done. • Using a pair of scissors, snip off the end of the balloon but be careful not to cut the knot along with it. • Get other balloons and snip off all their ends.
