• Take a water bottle (for example, Arrowhead) and a funnel. • Put the funnel into the opening of the water bottle and take your soda (Diet Coke/Pepsi or root beer is preferred) and pour it into the bottle until it is halfway full. • Pour the vinegar into the bottle through the funnel until about 4/5 of the bottle is filled with liquid. • Take duct tape and pour some baking soda onto it. • Make the ends of the tape meet. • Take the funnel out and put in the baking soda (make sure you have your cap ready). • Quickly cap the bottle, carbon dioxide will start to build up in your water bottle creating pressure. • Shake the bottle for about 30 seconds. After 30 seconds is over, check to see if you can compress the water bottle in your hands. Throw the bottle onto a hard surface (grass or dirt will not do) so that the cap lands first.
