Hi, I have made dozens of these things and they are quite popular and unique. You will learn how to aquire, prepare, and create your lamp. I believe the first step is to locate a bottle of interest to you. Do not spend too much on any bottle at first because breakage is a concern until you get a little experience. Put on your safety glasses, breathing mask, and gloves then fill your container with water and submerge your bottle (making sure the bottle is full of water also, then place on the table of your drill press. Set the drill at 600 rpm or so. Locate where you want your hole (generally the lower back of the bottle, about 1-1/2″ from the bottom as this is where the electrical plug will come out, Hold the bottle firmly (you can fill your water container with rags to the point that you pack the bottle in snugly which will help with holding the bottle) if your hands get tired stop and rest then resume, slowly lower your drill to where it just touches the bottle until you have scord t
