How Do You Make A Blueberry Muffin Bunt Cake?
My family loves a to have a special breakfast every once in awhile. Something other then cereal! I try to mix it up every so-often and this recipe delighted my family! First you will need a bunt pan. Spray it very well with a cooking/baking spray with flour in it, or grease and flour the bunt pan well. You will need 2 boxes, or 4 packets of blueberry muffin mix (enough to make 24 muffins. Mix up the blue berry muffins according to the package. Pour into the bunt pan. Pre-heat the oven to temp on the muffin package. The baking time will have to be increased, I have had to add approximately 10 minutes to the time, but keep an eye on it. When it is golden brown, and a toothpick inserted into it comes out clean it is done. Take out and let it cool in the pan for about 15-30 minutes then place a cooling rack on top of the bunt pan and flip over. It should easily come out of the pan.
