How Do You Make A Blue Cheese Ball Appetizer?

0

Many people are familiar with the traditional cream cheese ball. A great variation to this classic is a blue cheese ball. Simply substituting blue cheese for a portion of the cream cheese gives it a very unique and flavorful taste. It’s also easy to make! This makes a great appetizer for any party. Try it at your next party and your guests will surely be asking for the recipe. Take both the cream cheese and blue cheese out of the refrigerator and let them become room temperature. Combine the softened cream cheese, blue cheese, onions and olives by mixing together. Form the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in the chopped nuts covering the entire outside of the blue cheese ball. Cover the blue cheese ball with plastic wrap, wrapping tightly. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. (Approximately one hour). Serve with crackers or your favorite bread and enjoy! Refrigerate any unused portion.
