Need a way to cut costs or just an easy throw away bib while on vacation or visiting family or friends? This is a great, inexpensive bib that can be made quickly and can be washed or thrown away. If your hand towel has a design, decide which end you would like to face forward and up. Most hand towels may have one side with an embroidered edge, which should face forward and at the top. Measure the length of ribbon needed to go around the neck of your baby and cut the ribbon to size. Decide if you would like to attach your ribbon by Velcro, snaps, or safety pins. If you would like to use Velcro or snaps, use the thread and needle to sew the ends onto the wash cloth and the ends of the ribbon. Attach the ribbon to the hand towel. It is now ready to use and can be easily taken with you whereever you go.
