How Do You Make A Ben And Jerrys Ice Cream Cookie Cake?
• Buy about 300g of cookie dough or 2 packets of cookie mix • Make the cookie mix up or the cookie dough and half it. • Put the 150g pieces of mix in a greased 10×10 inch round cake pan • Bake the cookies, but take them out a few minutes before the timer goes off so they are soft but not too soft. • Leave to cool for 10 minutes. • Take the cookies out of the pan and leave to cool for another 20-30 minutes. • Once cool, take one of the cookies and turn it upside down. Take your favourite Ben and Jerry’s ice cream (give it about 10 minutes to soften) and spread the ice cream over the cookie as thickly as you want. Place the other cookie on top. • Decorate the cake with whatever you want. Good additions include M&Ms, Skittles, strawberry laces, chocolate chips, marshmallows, etc. • Put in the freezer for about 1 hour until firm. Cut into slices and enjoy!
