Creating your own wind spinner is a way to add fun and color without a hefty price tag. Cut 12 to 14 strips from the soda bottles, each ½-inch wide and 10 inches long. Using the hole punch, make a hole in the center of a strip, ¼ inch from the end. Repeat until each end of each plastic strip has a hole in it.
