How Do You Make A Basic Cream Sauce?
This basic cream sauce can be used in many recipes. Very simple to make and can jazz up anything you serve it with. Melt butter in sauce pan on low heat so butter doesn’t burn. Add flour. Stir with whisk until smooth and creamy. Add milk and stir. Turn heat up to medium high heat. Cook for about 3 minutes while continueing to stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
