And the best part? No sewing required! Hold the top of one of the socks against Barbie’s waist and let the bottom (the foot part) hang down. Now cut the sock where it reaches her knees. This will be the skirt. Now take the other sock and hold it upside down, with the top at Barbie’s waist and the bottom (the foot part) pointing up over her head. Cut the sock at her neckline, a little above her shoulders. This will be the top. Take your scissors and cut two very small holes in each side of the top. These will be the armholes. Now put the skirt and top on to see how they look. If you want, put a slit in the middle of the top and turn it down to make a collar.
