Step 1 Fill a clean glass jar one-third full of white vinegar. Step 2 Dry the top half of the jar on the inside to remove any moisture or drips from the vinegar. Step 3 Place a piece of tissue paper over the mouth of the jar. Step 4 Push down on the tissue paper to create a hammock effect inside the jar.
