How Do You Make A Baileys Irish Cream Cake?
Just reading this makes my mouth water. For anyone who loves Bailey’s or Coffee flavored goodies this recipe is a MUST. Bake the white cake mix in 2 8-inch round cake pans. Shoot for a thickness between one and one and a quarter inches. Bailey’s Bavarian-cream filling: Place all the ingredients for the filling in a medium bowl. Beat on slow speed until well blended and smooth. Turn to high speed and mix until stiff peaks are formed. Coffee-butter cream frosting: Mix softened butter and the powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until blended. While blending slowly add the coffee until a smooth frosting consistency is reached. Fudge icing: Heat cream, corn syrup and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and chocolate to the cream and corn syrup. Stirring until the chocolate melts and everything is smooth.
