A good scrubbing can rinse off all the debris of the day and leave your skin glowing, and an old pair of pantyhose can create the perfect scrubber for your back. Find an old pair of pantyhose that has a run in one leg. At the top of the leg without the run, clip the hose and separate it from the panty section. Decide which type of soap you are going to use for your back scrubber. Once it’s in the scrubber, you’ll need a second one for regular washing. Insert the soap into the pantyhose, keeping it toward the middle of the hose. Usually placing the soap at the point where the knee would normally be is a good idea.
