Making these handy little devices is easy-all you need are a few pieces of equipment and some basic sewing knowledge. Purchase snaps in various sizes, testing them out on your baby’s bodysuits to see that they will work with the bodysuits’ existing snaps. Different clothing brands often use different sized snaps. Cut the knit fabric into 4-by-4-½-inch rectangles, making sure you have an even number of rectangles. Pin two rectangles together, right sides together. Sew the rectangles together with a ¼-inch seam and leave a small opening for turning the fabric. Turn the fabric rectangle right side out then slip stitch the opening closed.
