This sweet and very strong cocktail contains hints of vanilla and orange for a tangy twist. The 3rd Street promenade contains alcohol so it is unsuitable for children or pregnant women. The orange flavor contrasts the the sweetness of the Stolichnaya, and refreshes your palette for another sip. You can serve this drink with meals or desserts and during all acceptable drinking hours.
