Making a personalized calendar is easy with Microsoft Word. By making your own calendar, you can include dates that are important to you, mark your schedule and even decorate it with your own pictures. You also save money making and printing your own calendar at home instead of buying an expensive and impersonal professional one. Open Microsoft Word and select “File” and “New.” On the “New Document” dialog box, choose “Calendars” from the list on the left. Choose “Academic year calendars,” the academic year you want your calendar to span, and the template you like best. Click “Choose Template” to download a template. Mark your important dates. If your template allows for pictures, paste them in and adjust them to your liking. Save then print your calendar.
