In large mixing bowl, cream together with electric mixer, 2 2/3 C sugar and 2 sticks softened butter. Add 4 large eggs and mix well. Add 1 t. Pure Vanilla Extract and 2 t. almond extract and mix well again. In another mixing bowl, combine with whisk, 3 ½ C flour, 1 t. baking powder, 2 t. baking soda, and 1 t. salt. Add creamed ingredients to dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon. Gently stir in 2 C peeled and chopped fresh peaches. Add 1/2 C sour cream and mix well. Place 1 C batter each into 7 sterilized well-greased one-pint wide-mouthed mason canning jars. Wipe batter from rims. Place jars on a baking sheet. Bake at 325 degre
