How Do You Lose Weight While Breastfeeding Without Dieting?
I recently past my goal weight by 15 pounds! I am now 120lbs at 5’1”. When I started my weight lose program my newborn was four weeks old. My knees were hurting me and I felt disgusting. I knew I needed to do something, but I was breastfeeding. I have heard about toxins going into the breast milk if weight lose happened to rapidly. I decided to figure out the most safe way to lose my baby weight and weight the weight I put on with my last child. Wake up in the morning and put on your work-out clothes right away. Take a shower at the end of the day. Make sure your sneakers are on. It puts you on work-out mode and motivates you. Go about your day as you normally do, except now, stop snacking on everything you see in the kitchen. Do not plan on sitting down for a well rounded “diet” breakfast. You do not have time for that. Stay standing and on the go. Eat as many citrus fruits as you want first thing in the morning. Skip the coffee. Caffeine works the metabolism–true, but it is no good
