How Do You Lose The Hiccups Using A Home Remedy?
Tired of getting the hiccups whenever you least expect them and dealing with them for hours with little relief. Here’s a home remedy that I’ve been using for years that always seems to work. I don’t know why, but it does! Take the bottle of mustard and squeeze just enough onto the spoon so that it doesnt spill over the sides of the spoon. After taking a big breath, put the spoon into your mouth with the mustard side directly onto the top of your tongue. After a couple seconds, swallow the mustard but do not take a breath immediately afterwards. After swallowing the mustard, hold your breath for 8 seconds without drinking water or any other liquids during that time. Once this quick and easy process is completed, you should be hiccup free! If your hiccups do persist, repeat steps 1-3 a second time as more mustard may be needed for this process to be effective.
