How do you lookup the correct entity when he or she is also a practicing physician or dentist, for example, with a company having the same name?
If you only want to see Dr. Bufferin’s physician’s office, only enter the name Bufferin in the Last/Org field and check the Organization checkbox in the Entity Lookup window (leave the People checkbox blank), and only organizations will appear. If, however, you only want to see Dr. Bufferin’s individual entity profile record, then enter the first name in the First field and last name in Last/Org field and only people whose names match will appear.
