In general look for a two-pin post marked SPK. It may be clustered with other case connections like the case reset switch, hdd light, power light, etc. I did a little research on your motherboard and it apparently was used in the Acer Veriton 3600G which uses a companion sound board which has the JSPK1 connection. See the link for the manual I found… the diagram for the mobo is on pg72 and the companion board on pg75. If that’s not applicable to your system then it might be helpful to know what system specifically you have the mobo in or pulled it from.
