How Do You List Pharmacy Degrees On A Resume?

0

Once you’ve earned a pharmacy degree (or if you anticipate receiving one soon), writing an effective resume is the first step in your job search. You may be confused about how to highlight your pharmacy degree in your resume, but all it takes is a few minutes in your favorite word processing program. Add a section titled “Education” right below your Objective statement. List your pharmacy degree first, followed by major/department (usually “Pharmacy”), and the month and year you received the degree on the first line, in that order. If you haven’t yet completed your degree, write “Expected MM/YYYY.” On the next line, put the name of the school awarding the degree and the city and state where the school is located. For example: A.S., Pharmacy, September 2009 University of Phoenix, Boise, ID If you have multiple degrees, list the most recent degree first, and list the others in descending chronological order. It’s important to list all of your degrees, even those not in the pharmacy field
