How Do You Light A Pilot On A Majestic Fireplace?
Majestic fireplaces offer warmth, comfort, and decor to any home, are reliable, and have a strong company backing. After the long summer months, when the air turns crisp and the leaves are falling, it’s time to get the fireplace ready to use again. The first and most basic step to using your Majestic fireplace is to light the pilot on the gas logs. Igniting the pilot light is not difficult and can be performed in just a few minutes by anyone. Locate the gas line that enters your house (normally in the basement) and make sure the inline valve is turned to the “On” position. Examine the Majestic fireplace and clean any dust from the gas logs. Also move any furniture or low-hanging cloth from the area surrounding the fireplace as these things are fire hazards. Locate the gas turn-on knob near the back of the fireplace and turn the knob to the “On” position. Now find the temperature knob on the front of the fireplace and turn it to “Light”.
