After the long summer months, when the air turns crisp and the leaves are falling, it’s time to get the fireplace ready to use again. The first and most basic step to using your Majestic fireplace is to light the pilot on the gas logs. Igniting the pilot light is not difficult and can be performed in just a few minutes by anyone. Locate the gas line that enters your house (normally in the basement) and make sure the inline valve is turned to the “On” position.
