How Do You Learn Basic Nunchaku/Nunchucks Moves?
This is how to learn basic nunchaku / nunchucks moves / techniques in the quickest time possible. Get the foundations right and develop your own style. Get the ‘figure of 8’ right: Swing your nunchucks so that you create a figure of 8 pattern. Start with the motion for a ‘tennis smash’, aim from your shoulder to the outside of your opposite knee. At the end of the smash allow the nunchucks to swing up to the point where you can bring them down to the other side in the motion of a ‘back-hand tennis smash’. Repeat step 1 and step 2 over and over and use just the wrist to allow the movement to go faster. You will now have your figure of 8 motion which can be used to defend/deflect or attack or merely intimidate.
