How Do You Learn A Song On The Bass Guitar?
• Find somewhere quiet where you can listen to the music, preferably with a room beneath it which you have access to. • Plug your music player into a good stereo, something with a bass EQ and good speakers so you can turn it up loud. • Turn it up to about 3/4 of the maximum volume, loud enough that you won’t blow the speakers but you can still hear them in another room. • Take your bass with you and go downstairs into the room directly underneath yours. You should be able to hear the bass of the song much more clearly than before. • Listen to the song and play frets that sound right, you will get it in no time. Relax and play along with the song. Have it on repeat upstairs so you can just carry on after it finishes.
