How Do You Lay Polyfoam Laminate Flooring?

0

Changing the flooring in your home may have improve the value. A great way to do this is by removing the carpet and adding laminate flooring. The first step to laying the polyfoam is by starting with a clean surface. If you are replacing carpet or other flooring, make sure all debris is removed. This includes staples, dirt, and anything that may puncture the polyfoam. Also make sure the surface is dry and free from moisture. The next process includes actually cutting the polyfoam to fit the floor. It comes in a roll that has one flat and one sticky side. Now, unroll the foam and cut it at a so that is covers the lenght of the floor. Keep doing this and connect it at the sides with the sticky tape that is on the edge. Continue this process until the entire floor is covered. It should lay flat with no “bubbles”. After the floor is covered and the foam is flat, you are ready to start laying your laminate.
