How Do You Launder A Dry Clean Only Cotton Scarf?

Test some of the highly colored part of it with cold water to see if it runs. If it runs, then cold water and woolite is not a good option. If it doesn’t run, the cold water and woolite is a good choice. For dry cleaning of my everyday clothing, I use dryell. When you first buy it, it comes with a bag in which to put your clothes, a spot remover liquid (and drying pads) and a cloth with the cleaning solution. You put all your dry cleaning (up to 4 pairs of slacks or equivalent) in the bag at low temperature in your dryer for 1/2 hour and all comes out clean and refreshed. So, you could add your scarf to your dryer dry cleaning. The dryell pack costs about $11.00 which is certainly cheaper than dry cleaning 4 pairs of slacks. And, you could just add the scarf to the slacks or sweaters you dry clean in your dryer for it would take up essentially no space.
