How do you know when beef short ribs are done cooking?
i haven’t met anyone who don’t like my beef short ribs, listen up and make it simple( they are too costly to ruin) season as you like. dust with flour brown on all sides in a hot skillet with oil, then put in a cover baking dish and pour 2/3cp water mixed with 1tbl spoon wortshchire sauce tbl oil and 1/2 tsp sugar. put in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15min, lower temp to 200 and cook for three hours, and believe me they will be done and they will melt in your mouth.
