How Do You Know The Therapeutic Effects Of Grapefruit Seed Extract?
Grapefruit seed extract works externally, and internally; against virus’, bacteria, and fungi. It kills germs; yet doesn’t destroy helpful bacteria of the mouth, vagina, and intestines. It has also been shown to stimulate the immune system. Grapefruit seed extract contains large amounts of bioflavonoids and Vit. C & E, which work as anti-oxidants. FOR CANDIDIASIS: Week one: Drink a glass of water containing 8 drops of GSE every day. Week two: Drink two glasses, with each containing 8 drops of GSE, daily. Week three: Drink three glasses daily. HEAD LICE: For head lice use a solution of 20 drops of grapefruit seed extract to 1 cup of warm water. Thoroughly massage it onto the scalp and into the hair. Place a shower cap (or plastic wrap) over the hair and allow it to set for 20 minutes. Rinse well. Comb with a lice comb. This may need to be done more than once !
