One easy project that will help you to learn the basics of loom knitting is a pot holder. Start the project by tying the end of your yarn into a slip knot. Slip the knot over the holding peg located on the side of the loom. Holding the loom on its side with your left hand and the yarn securely in your right hand, bring the yarn between the first and 24th pegs on the loom. Wrap the yarn clockwise around the first peg. Then bring the yarn behind the second peg, and wrap it clockwise around the second peg. Wrap each peg on the loom in the same manner.
