Whenever new technology is released by big vendors such as Microsoft or Symantec, we are generally the first to try it. At our head quarters we have a company network entirely dedicated to testing new versions of software, such as Microsoft Windows. We never advise on technology unless we have tried it ourselves. As one example of this, when Microsoft released the ‘Service Pack 2’ update for Windows XP (an update we generally recommend to most people) we tried and tested it on our systems two weeks before it was available to the general public.
