How Do You Keep String Decorative Lights Untangled?

0

Entertaining and decorating can be accentuated with string lights for almost any occasion, but they can be a nuisance if they are tangled. This is a great, simple solution to keep them untangled and to check for blown-out bulbs. Use the cardboard cylinder from a roll of paper towels or Christmas wrapping paper. You can also use a cardboard sheet. Tape the plug end of your lights to one end of the cylinder. Gently wrap the lights around the cylinder towards the other end. Tape the other plug at the opposite end of the cardboard cylinder. Store until next year and they’ll be tangle free. They can be stored in clear plastic containers that roll under your bed for easy accessibility for your next party.
