How Do You Keep Rubber Bath Mats Clean?
I don’t know about you but the rubber mat or rubber stick-ons in the bathtub or shower can get pretty gross, disgusting, moldy and in a very short amount of time. I will explain how you keep your rubber bath mat or rubber stick-ons sparkling clean and sanitary with no scrubbing at all! First you remove the rubber mat from bath or shower and if still wet from your recent bathing, let it dry out a bit before carrying to your washing machine. I usually shake it and fold in half. As for the little stick-on rubber things…just pull off and voila! Here we go to sparkling clean bath mats!!! Simply place your moldy, dirty rubber bath mat in the washing machine. Add a 1/2 cup of bleach (or less depending on your washing machine requirements…) Turn on machine on normal cycle with cold or hot water. I prefer hot water but both work well.
