How do you keep a loaf of bread from molding when placing it in a bread drawer?

Unless you eat it within the first few days – you cannot really keep it from molding. I cut the loaf of bread into pieces and keep it in the freezer and just take what I need. It taste fresh within 1 minute in the toaster oven or a few minutes at room temp.
