How Do You Interpret Tea Leaf Reading Symbols?
Tasseomancy, the ancient art of reading tea leaves, is a form of divination which relies on interpreting abstract symbols formed by loose tealeaves in the bottom of a teacup. In a reading, the seeker interprets the symbols using intuition, memory association and common symbolic meanings and the timeline of the reading itself. Place loose tea leaves in the bottom of a light colored cup with a handle. Pour hot water over the leaves and allow the tea to steep. Make sure that you have a saucer for the teacup as well as a journal to write down any impressions during the reading. Drink the tea and clear your mind.
