How Do You Install SONAR Home Recording Software?
Home recording is becoming easier to do, especially with all the home recording software available. In some cases, it’s a piece of cake- Cakewalk, that is. Cakewalk is a leader in the field of recording software and one of the most consumer friendly products they offer is the SONAR Home Studio. Determine whether you have the system requirements necessary to run the SONAR software. It’s recommended that you have Windows XP or a version of Vista on a computer with at least 1 GB of RAM. Additionally, you’ll need to have 100 MB to 2 GB of memory space for the program, a MIDI interface, a DVD-ROM and CD-R drive and a WDM- or ASIO-compatible audio interface Close any applications that are running on your computer before inserting the installation disk. Insert the SONAR Home Studio disk into the DVD-ROM drive and wait for the installation program to display automatically.
