How Do You Install Quicktime & Itunes Without An Internet Connection?
Apple’s iTunes program is the only method of connecting an iPod to a computer via a USB cable. In addition, in order to play movies and other videos on iTunes, you also need to download QuickTime. But if you don’t have an Internet connection on a computer where you want to install iTunes and QuickTime, it can be difficult to get these programs onto the machine. However, it is not impossible, and you can still enjoy your iPod using iTunes. Insert the installation CD into your computer and follow the instructions on the screen that appears to install both QuickTime and iTunes. Note that this may install a version of iTunes and QuickTime that’s out of date. If this is a problem, or if you don’t have the CD, move to Step 2.
