How Do You Install Pontoon Boat Covers?
Pontoon boats are designed to be stable and roomy with a large, open and flat floor area, perfect for relaxing on the lake. However, when stored outside, this area collects pine needles, leaves and dirt. Covering the pontoon boat prevents buildup of this debris and makes getting ready for the boating season easier. However, the boat cover must be installed properly to last through the off season. Buy an appropriately sized boat cover for your boat. Either buy one made for your boat from the dealer or have one custom made. Insert pontoon boat cover support poles into the support holes in the deck by inserting the narrow ends into the holes. Note that not all boats have these poles. Pontoon boats with open decks will have one or two support holes. Slide the pontoon boat cover over the vessel from end to end.
