How Do You Install Microsoft Word Equation Editor?

0

Microsoft Word Equation Editor allows you to enter mathematical equations and symbols into Word documents, PowerPoint presentations or other Office applications. The Editor allows you to create and insert equations inline or as stand-alone problems. Existing equations can also be edited or changed using the Editor. The Equations Editor comes with the Office program, but is not installed automatically with Word. Close all programs and windows. Click the “Start” button and choose “Control Panel.” Click “Add/Remove Programs.” Click “Microsoft Office” in the installed programs list or “Microsoft Word” if you installed the Word program by itself. Choose “Change Program.” Click “Add or Remove” features in the Maintenance section. Click “Next.” Click “Office Tools” to expand the menu. Click “Equation Editor” and choose “Run from my computer.” Click “Update” and choose “Yes” to start Word. Click “OK” to exit the Add/Remove Programs window.
