Outlook is part of the Microsoft Office software suite, but can be installed with other programs or completely by itself. It’s basically an expansion of Outlook Express, which is the email program included in Windows. And Outlook is just the same program, pretty much, except with a few more functions and a bit more complicated in a way. Once you’ve inserted your Microsoft Office disk, the installation will launch by itself. The first step is to enter your 25-character product key. You can either do this right away or you can skip this step by entering nothing at all, and then you’ll be prompted to enter it the first time you use an Office program. Then you’ll be prompted to accept the terms of the software license. Just check the box and then click continue. Then select the customize option.
