If you try to install Linux (in particular Ubuntu) I know it will give you the option to install it as a second OS. Be aware that you will be FORCED to re-format part of your HDD since Linux doesn’t use the same format as Windows. You may want to ‘tweak’ the boot manager after the install to make Windows the default OS (if that’s your desire) since Ubuntu will assign itself as the default…
