How Do You Install Halo Angel Eyes Projector Headlights On An E46?
Installing angel eye projector headlights in your BMW E46 can be done when the old headlights fail or if you want to change the look of your BMW’s headlights. Angel eye projector headlights are special aftermarket projector headlights. Unlike factory-issued headlights, which scatter light against a reflective backing in the headlight housing, angel eye headlights use the standard projector beam to deliver a focused beam of light. The “angel eye” of the headlight assembly is simply a brand and particular style of projector headlight. Open the hood and remove the screws that hold the factory headlight assembly in place with a cross point screwdriver. These screws are located on the backside of the headlight housing. Pull the headlight housing forward. Unplug the electrical connector from the back of the headlight ballast. Continue pulling the headlight assembly forward to remove it from the vehicle.
