How Do You Install Frosted Glass In Cabinet Doors?
Frosted glass is an effective privacy barrier for many applications, and it is also an effective decorative tool. A frosted glass pane looks aged, and the style has been around for a long time. Instead of buying frosted glass panes that have to be custom cut to fit your cabinet doors, apply a coat or two of Frosted Glass Spray by Rust-Oleum. It will save you time (it dries in only minutes) and money. Clean the glass with soapy water. Rinse the glass and allow the glass to dry. Shake the can hard enough to cause the mixing ball inside to rattle for two minutes. Hold the can 10 to12 inches away from the glass surface and spray in a back and forth motion to cover the whole surface of the glass. Slightly overlap every stroke and keep the can moving while spraying. Allow the spray to dry for 5 to10 minutes. It takes up to 10 minutes to gain the whole frosted effect. Re-coat the glass as needed to even areas out.
